Following a year of research with local leaders we are introducing a FREE well-being training that you can bring into your own work setting. Please come and become a new type of advocate for tackling stress and creating healthy communication for the workplace, the workforce, and our special community.
Based on the findings published in the Collaborative Recovery Empowerment of the Southern Tier (CREST)'s white paper "Workplace Well-Being: A Real Strategy to Improve Your Business Productivity" it was determined that the most requested workplace wellness training by Southern Tier Business Leaders was a Manager Training on Stress. Join the Leadership Alliance, CREST Team, Julie Dostal from LEAF (in Oneonta) and Dr. Joel Bennett from Organizational Wellness Learning Systems (OWLS). We will be offering a sample and highly interactive training starting at 1:00 on "The Well-being Ripple Effect" that is available at no cost for any type of local organization (for profit, non-profit, and government) at any size. Participants will learn ways they can access this, other training programs, and become a Well-Being Advocate at no cost due to grant support in the region.
